We will be hiking, doing yoga, journaling, meditating, eating healthy delicious food and grounding with like minded people on the beautiful Lost Coast of California. We will be learning practices to help you align with your highest self including an introduction to Ayurveda class, breath work, meditation and yoga.
200 RYT Yoga instructor Fiana Anderson will be teaching an Introduction to Ayurveda class as well one of the yoga classes. Fiana is a yoga teacher, Thai Massage therapist, Ayurvedic health coach and Reno native! She studied classical Ayurveda in a Gurukula at Vedika Global in Berkeley, California and interned at Gujarat Ayurved University in India. Her yoga training and massage credentials come from Southern California and Mysore India for over 2,000 hours of combined education. Fiana has been passionately studying and practicing yoga for more than seventeen years, She’s certified at the 200-hour level in the U.S., and has completed more than 500 hours of Mandala practice in the Swara Yoga tradition in Mysore, India. Additionally, she has more than 1,000 hours of combined training as an Ayurvedic Health Coach and a Thai bodywork therapist. Fiana will be offering massages for an additional charge.
Gustavo Velasco with Gusto Food and and Meals LLC will be preparing us healthy, delicious meals to nourish our bodies while we let nature nourish our souls!
500 RYT Yoga instructor Rachelle Lanning will be hosting this retreat and teaching 3 of the yoga classes .Rachelle is the founder & owner of The Studio in Reno, NV, since 2009, which has been voted "Best Yoga Studio" for northern Nevada six years in a row. She has been practicing yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2010. She enjoys all different types of yoga and finds herself flowing with Vinyasa influence but holding poses and slowing things down in a Hatha style. Allowing Yoga to be the practice of aligning yourself with the present moment has become her main focus in teaching, beyond the poses or sequencing.

Retreat itinerary:
Friday12-4pm - Check in. You will be shown to your campsite where you can put a sleeping pad in a shared bell tent or pitch your own tent and then have some time to connect with nature. 5:00pm - Introductions and welcoming ceremony, followed by dinner and a sunset hike to the top of the property with ocean views. Then, we will set our intentions for the weekend before returning to our campsites for the evening.
Saturday and Sunday morning we will start the day with meditation and sunrise yoga at 8am and breakfast will be served at 10am.Throughout the day we will be exploring topics on staying present, aligning with your highest self and finding your outer purpose as well as doing some fun exercises to implement these tools. We will be taking time to journal and share our thoughts and experiences along the way. There will be multiple meditation and breath work sessions as well as an introduction to Ayurveda class.
Dinner will be served at 6pm both Saturday and Sunday, followed by a sunset hike and Yin Yoga.
Sunday evening after yoga, we will have a ritual bonfire to release everything that is holding us back, which might turn into a late night of movement and howling at the moon.
Monday you will be served breakfast and we will have a closing ceremony, and invite our highest selves to emerge as you are released to go start living your fullest potential! You are welcome to stay another night or two on the property if you want to check out the area and see the sights. I am so excited to share this magical place with you!
